Mini Pickling Pot

A convenient small pickel pot. The bowl is ceramic and it has a heater. Holds 20 oz. and comes with a lid. 110VAC.

Tips:

Many craftspersons use non-ferrous crockpots in lieu of professional pickle pots. Anything comprised of iron (ie. ferrous) will immediately contaminate your pickle, so your crockpot container must be something like stoneware or plastic. Even the quick use of steel or stainless steel tweezers to remove items from your pickle pot will contaminate the pickle. Professionals use copper tongs to add and remove items from their pickle (clean non-metallic chopsticks can also be used).
