Lacy West Supplies Ltd. The health and well-being of our
employees and customers is very important to us. Since
the outbreak of the pandemic, we have taken measures – such as closing our
showroom to in-person shopping, having employees work from home when possible,
employees working on weekends and staggered shifts. We moved employee
workstations for physical distancing and implemented physical barriers along
our showcases, workstations, and point-of-sale terminals. We are now open to in-person
shopping under strict guidelines, and here is how we are doing our best to keep
everyone safe: In-store, in-person shopping: · Limited in-store shopping hours, until further notice: Monday to
Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm · Limit of 2 customers in the store at one time · Please wear a mask – if you forget to bring one, we will have
masks available · Curbside pick up hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm We encourage our customers to order online (lacywest.com or lacytools.ca), via
email (web@lacywest.com) or by phone (800-667-4118) rather than coming into our
showroom. Upon receiving your order, we will let you know when it is available
for pickup. For pick up orders, please ring the bell at the front door, and one
of our employees will bring your order to you without you needing to enter the
store. As always, we are happy to ship your order out to you via Canada Post
parcel service (Expedited or XpressPost), local
courier or freight company. Safety Protocols: · If you have had symptoms of COVID-19 or have been outside the
province or country within the past 14 days, you must not enter our showroom or
offices. · No more than 2 customers at a time will be permitted in the
Vancouver store. When capacity is reached, we
ask that one person wait at the front door, and additional customers please
line up outside, maintaining a physical distance of at least 2 meters apart
from each other. |
